The design philosophy layers a publicly inviting ground floor of restaurants, retail and social space beneath a series of private chalets, each with direct access to the seafront. The architectural language is one of warmth and welcome: natural stone, shaded terraces and generous openings that connect the interior to the light and movement of the Gulf.
