Our registered company — Hala Cipher, Lda. in Lisbon — holds IMPIC Class 4 contracting licence and is the legal entity for design-build work in Portugal. Beirut and London are international design studios supporting projects across the Middle East, Europe and beyond.
Innovation in design and buildings is key to our work ethos. Design technology is an essential asset. For years, we have been using the latest software tools, and even developing our own — staying at the edge of what is technically possible.
Using parametric and associated modelling is a key skill and technology that allows us to easily make modifications and changes, and assess various design options in optimum time — without sacrificing design quality.
We manage construction on our own developments and client projects — coordinating trades, quality, programme and cost. Our contracting arm exists so design intent survives contact with the site.
